Why I built Quarry
My grandpa’s field journals were full of gems from every kind of outdoor pursuit, but the notes were messy and hard to find. I was tired of monthly subscriptions and companies harvesting our wallets and our data, so I built Quarry as a private field journal with a one-time price. I built it for my own needs, and I sincerely hope it will be valuable to others.

Quarry stores your journal on your device. You can save a full backup with records and photos, or export CSV for a spreadsheet. Keep a copy outside the app so the seasons you have recorded are in your hands.
